Privacy Statement from Treater

This Statement of Privacy applies to all websites and mobile applications hosted by Treater, treater.dk and the Treater app. In the following, we provide information about the collection of personally identifiable information that takes place when you use our website. You have the following rights with respect to the personally identifiable information relating to you:

3.1 General rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, objection to processing and data portability. If the processing takes place on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent with future effect.

3.2 Rights relating to data processing on the basis of legitimate interests

According to Article 21 (1) Pursuant to Article 6 (1) of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to lodge an objection of reasons arising out of your particular situation against the processing of personally identifiable information relating to you, in accordance with Article 6 1 of the GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Article 6, para. 1 (f) of the GDPR (data processing to protect a legitimate interest). This also applies to profiling based on this provision. In the event that you object, we will no longer process your personally identifiable information unless we can establish convincing and legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing helps enforce, exercise or defend us against legal claims.

4 Collection of Personally Identifiable Information During Visits to Our Website

If you only use the website to get information, ie. you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personally identifiable information that your browser sends to our server.
